   • Location/Neighborhood

   • Availability dates

Searching for Specific Items

Use the search bar to find specific equipment:

• Search by product name ("Canon R5")
• Search by type ("mirrorless camera")
• Search by brand ("Sony")

Product Listings

Each listing shows:

• Product photos
• Name and description
• Rental prices (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Pickup location
• Renter ratings and reviews

Booking a Rental

Step 1: Select Your Dates

1. Click on a product to view details
2. Select your rental start date
3. Select your rental end date
4. The system calculates the total price

Step 2: Choose Pickup Location

If the renter has multiple locations:

1. View available pickup options
2. Select the most convenient location
3. Note the pickup instructions

Step 3: Review Your Order

Before confirming, review:

• Product details
• Rental dates
• Total price (including any fees)
• Pickup location and instructions

Step 4: Apply Coupon (Optional)

If you have a discount code:

1. Enter the coupon code
2. Click Apply
3. See the updated total

Step 5: Complete Payment

1. Enter payment information
2. Review terms and conditions
3. Click Confirm Booking
4. Receive confirmation email

After Booking

You'll receive:

• Email confirmation with booking details
• Order number for reference
• Pickup instructions
• Renter contact information

Preparing for Pickup

Before your rental date:

1. Review pickup location and hours
2. Bring valid ID
3. Have your order confirmation ready

During the Rental

Returning the Item

Extending a Rental

Need more time?

1. Contact the renter before your end date
2. Request an extension
3. If approved, pay for additional time

Cancelling a Rental

To cancel a booking:

1. Go to your order details
2. Click Cancel Order
3. Review cancellation policy
4. Confirm cancellation

Note: Cancellation policies vary by renter. Some may charge fees for late cancellations.

Leaving Reviews

After your rental:

1. Go to your completed order
2. Click Leave Review
3. Rate your experience (1-5 stars)
4. Write a comment about:

   • Pickup/return process
   • Overall experience
